Yasuo - kalista bug

Yasuo's Q is supposed to act as a basic attack, but it does not add a mark of kalista's W passive when yasuo Q's an enemy/minion. Not sure if this is supposed to be like this, but sounds like it should add a mark.

No. No it isn't. His Q is an ability. His basic attack is a basic attack. I'm not sure how you confused the two.

it says in yasuo's q description though that it acts like a basic attack, causing on hit effects. kalista's w mark is an on hit effect

It may act as a basic attack for the purposes of most things but for what you're talking about only actual basic attacks count.
