Sejuani W bug.

W actiaves but no swirling animation or AA hit/AA rest. Zero damage from W even though mana is drained each time and spell goes on CD. Character effectively is reduced to useless without main damaging ability and main way to apply frost.

happened mid game after buying a giants belt. Unable to fix it during the game.
