Twitch Prime Loot Bug

I've waited well over an hour currently, and looked at many other forums talking about this issue. I've followed the steps of linking my Twitch Prime to my League account, using my already currently existing Amazon Prime to gain access to Twitch Prime. I've gone to all the sites multiple times to retry. It says its linked and that I'm able to claim my loot, but the loot has not appeared. I've logged in and out after every game (having played three 20-30 minute games) at least once or more, and yet nothing shows. I've made an exception for the login through cookies, I've tried using a different browser, and nothing is working. Please help.

EDIT: I just bought the Xayah and Rakan bracelet, and the Championship Ashe Icon appeared just fine. Rito, pls help.

EDIT: It finally appeared! I dont what I did, or what happened, but I tried it again today and I finally got my capsule. Still an issue for others though!

I am having the same problem. I have also tried various steps :( I have waited for about 3hrs and also have played a few games waiting. My account says I can claim it but doesn't show in the client.
