[Gameplay] Champions occasionally walk away from Rammus when taunted

When I play Rammus and I taunt a champion, they occasionally walk away from me. Its not a thing where i taunt someone while they flash and they start walking towards me, i literally go up to their face and taunt them and they walk away from me. This usually happens when my taunt is at max rank, but it rarely happens so it could be at any rank. The video isn't mine, I found it and this is exactly what happens.
