[Client] Bug where when I press Log In after the launch client it brings me to a black screen

In the title, when I press Log In on the launch client, I am brought to a black screen with the top and the bottom showing the blueish bars, on the top is Minimize and Close Icon and can press them. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling into a different drive, as well as changing servers and trying to log in there, all to no avail.

Any other ideas of what I could do?

Running Windows7 64 bit, 2 550ti's (non SLI), 4670k i5, 16 gigs of Ram.
