[GAMEPLAY] Sion bugs

Sion's E has been bugged to hell ever since 7.22. You E a minion, it's supposed to be invulnerable to any damage until it comes to a stop, and go in a straight line damaging everything it goes through and giving you gold if it dies at the end of it from E damage.

This is not what's happening these days. Nowadays, minions quite commonly die mid flight or on the spot, not even granting you the gold for the kill. Less frequently, minions go off in a weird direction, as if you threw a curve ball instead of a straight one (think Diana's Q trajectory). A couple times minions just go off in a complete 90º angle for some reason, haven't been able to find the cause of it but I believe it has to do with incoming damage killing the minion as it gets shouted instead of killing it mid flight.

This situation ends up screwing you over because you miss a kill, miss an entire wave because it got to your turret in a crappy HP situation, miss someone because your minion decided to become a Diana Q, etc. When your only tool to farm in some lanes is this scuffed, you're at the mercy of RNGesus, and he's not known to be the kind type of guy.

Sion's Q doesn't get a free pass either, it sometimes shows the charge go in one direction while facing another and in some cases you end up dropping the axe in the direction Sion is facing instead of the one the area indicator was shown.

Sion's W is bugged too. If you level up W while in your passive, you end up getting 2 HP per minion kill instead of 3 HP, or at least it shows that in the tooltip. Can't recheck my game right now because of maintenance, will update later if I remember to.

Sion's R sometimes goes off in a weird direction like this while not hovering the portrait or minimap. The most annoying one though is when you ult while still hovering your portrait, as it sends you where RNGesus wants you to go. There's also this instance where you pop W as you hit a minion and you end up bouncing off of it as seen here
