Unable to log on still an issue :D

Had this problem before where the client says "We're unable to log you in because you may be offline." and deleting the 'gameflow-patcher-lock:' file did absolute zero so I'm really hoping there is some other way around this other than having to sit here through the long reinstall. [sg-janna]

and yes... i had my computer restart twice so its not a small bb issue
