[CIENT/CRASH] Grey screen causing overly long penalty timer

There is a bug going on around league, and I saw that Riot is working on fixing it, but what about the leaverbuster system? I've tried a couple ques in a row, and some of the ques, my screen was fine, but other people's weren't, causing the lobby to disband, in which I'd go to another lobby where my screen is now messed up. My current timer for this is 11 minutes, but I really want to play League, and I have hope that I'll finally find a game to get in so I keep trying, but if I were to get suspended, banned, or flagged by the leaverbuster for future penalties, would any of this be removed? If I get suspeneded, or flagged, because of a League bug, then that is outrageous! I would just like to not have any penalties for continuing to attempt to join games when my screen freezes up.
