ARAM bug after latest patch on windows 10

When playing ARAM all of a sudden after no notable trigger some of my abilities usually just my e either turn into another ping button or they just make my champ move. When this happens pressing enter to try and tell my team I cannot do anything makes the game switch from fullscreen to windowed mode. This just happened on this patch after upgrading to windows 10.
