[GAMEPLAY]Common Jarvan In-game Bug

It seems to happen at the very start of the game while you are clearing your first camp as jungle Jarvan. His auto attack animation goes away, making him just look at his targets while they take damage. Most importantly, though, is that Jarvan's passive does not activate while he has this bug, making the rest of the game very sub optimal for Jarvan. I've gotten this bug three times in my last ten Jarvan games and I still don't know what exactly causes it. Furthermore, once I get the bug, I can't get rid of it for the rest of the game.
