LoL Client Agent glitch leading to timeout

while in the select champion screen, my LoL client agent window just turned completely black and i wasn't able to click anywhere inside of it. then i was timed out for not selecting a champion. i am now penalized for it for 5 minutes? penalized for a glitch, doesnt make sense

Same thing happened to me. I also have to queue like 10 times just to get a single game pop up! I constantly get queue resets because of time outs. And now im penaltied for 30 mins. One black screen one missed queue.. GG
