if you try to w a fiora and she parries it you can't use your abilities and if you do manage to get a tongue lash out it does nothing even if she does have 3 stacks

If there was a place where we could, i dont know, play every champion in a sandbox before buying them ... hmm .... That would help a lot. But outside of PBE sign ups, there isn't so

even after the stun she would still have the 3 marks i q her and no stun on her or even damage

Maybe read into the post before you go "lol he doesn't understand fiora!"

If Fiora has three stacks of Tahm's passive on her, and Tahm uses his W (which should remove the stacks) and is parried Fiora is not effected by the stacks anymore. I'm assuming the stacks effect her again if they time out and are reapplied, but without doing the testing myself I can't be sure.

Fiora becomes immune to some of Tahm's abilities and damage if she manages to parry his W. That's the issue here.
