Cant see Champions in Champ select.

Im continuously having a bug where when I try to start a draft game of any type. I cannot see the bans or the champions to select a champion. It seems to be totally random And I cant tell if its going to happen until I start a game.

Im tired of getting flagged as dodging when its not me its the client. I have reported this bug with the bug report tool several times and as of yet have no response from Riot.
