Help please

So I decided to play league today and i kept getting bug splats so i decided to got repair my client however, that was not possible since every time i try repairing it bug splat for some reason still appears. So i decided to uninstall league and reinstall it. Now this screwed me over. I cant even reinstall league of legends anymore due to bug splat always coming back up and restarting my download, and now idk what to do.
