Odyssey completely bugged out?

Where to even begin, i have beaten it three times yet completed none of the missions, i can't unlock any difficulty past intro even though as i said i clapped intro three times, i'm unlocking augments without even having any of the missions or progress done despite the augments not even working. sighhhh
