LVL 60 Glorious Champion Capsule Missing

Reached level 60 after a Summoner's Rift match. Level up animation happened and it said I received a glorious champion capsule. I go to my inventory after the "end of match" screen. The capsule wasn't there.

I've had this happen a few times, mine usually shows up a few games later. No time limit, just a few games.
