Xerath's Ultimate Animation

Xerath's ultimate animation when he begins his channel and opens up is a lot slower than it previously was. It also doesn't match the SFX that goes along with it. As a Xerath main, I feel that this makes him look awkward and not in sync when ulting. Can this be sped up to make it look good again?
