[Gameplay] Poppy and Jarvan Dash Bug

On patch 6.20 I was in a game where I played as Poppy and the enemy team had a Jarvan and I noticed some strange interactions, a friend I were able to replicate them all within an hour despite connection issues on my end and have a replay here - https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B4F84iHpEeLKYTYwcTh6WFNEcFE/view?usp=sharing

If Poppy and Jarvan dash into each other at about the same time:

1. Poppy can be knocked up or Jarvan can be stunned like normal

2. They can go through each other without any cc appearing to be applied

3. Poppy stuns Jarvan, then Jarvan completes his dash while stunned, knocking up Poppy

If Jarvan dashes and Poppy ult at about the same time:

1. Jarvan can go through a charged Poppy ult without being knocked away

2. Jarvan begins his dash, is knocked up by a snap cast Poppy ult, Then completes his dash when the knock up ends
