Lunar Revel Shop - I got a skin sale for a champ that I dont own? Is this a bug? o.o

Im not sure if there is a chance that you can get sales for skins of champs that you dont own, But I got a skin sale for volibear, even though I dont own him o_o; Anyone else have this issue?

Not a bug. The price should be for a "bundle" of sorts, it includes both Voli and whatever skin is shown.
