Lee Sin or Keybinding bug

There is a bug regarding the champion Lee Sin and keybindings. This has happened three times now so I am pretty sure it's legit. I have my #1 slot binded to the letter "T" on my keyboard. When i place a regular ward behind an enemy champion without using my q or any other abilities, the game will crash. I am using no skins on this champion (if that makes any difference). It would be great if that problem could get resolved because that play is nice to have handy with Lee Sin. I have no issues with game crash if I "q" to the enemy ward behind with my keybind, W>R etc...
