Bug - Failed refunding upgraded boots in the base.

During several games I played, I sometimes meet this kind of situations that when I was waiting for my champion revives, I upgraded my boots for example to . After my champion revived, while I was still standing in the base, I tried to refund the upgraded boots, but I failed refunding to get back. Plz check this bug, and trying to fix ti.

Not a bug. Items that can immediately affect gameplay are non-refundable even if you didn't benefit from them. Homeguards are non-refundable because ppl could buy them to heal up quickly then sell them back.
