The new anti-report system Riot enabled is working great!

Riot realized that the new banning system was too harsh. But it's okay! Now, instead of being able to report your teammates for going AFK in promos, nobody can load the results screen at all! This ensures that nobody is ever reported, meaning we summoners can have a happy community where no punishments are ever given out!
