got blurry graphics after updating

I'm using predator laptop (ph315 i8 8750 with 1060 graphic card) . The graphic looks sharp on game lobby however it is blurry in game . Searched for this problem on google but those solutions were all 3 years ago ,I would like to know if there's any other methods that I can fix this problem. Thank You!
