Xerath Flash Q bugged

While channeling Xerath’s Q, you used to be able to flash and then release the Q after the flash to close the distance and finish someone. On my last 3-4 attempts at doing this, it has released my Q and then flashed. Another person on the Xerath reddit said they had the same issue. This has happened to me 100% of the time while doing it.
