League mutes other programs audio

Whenever I enter a league of legends game, discord, YouTube and similar things stop working but work again the second I alt tab out of the game but mutes again when I go back in. It's only started to happen this patch. How can I fix this?

I tried making the game not full screen but didn't change anything Thanks :)
