fix the match making system

I got a new friend to play league with me and I trying to help him play the game, all the player we got is arounf 20 level but they all play like a diamond player. im not joking in loew level player community is full of smurfs. I played with him again today like 5 games and all the player in enemy team is playing like god I lost all my games and it was a horrible time. my last season rank is gold and I do know what player I just played. pls starting ban some smurms pls they are all over the places
