[Gameplay] Viktor's Q procks multiple empowered hits on structures.

First, i would like to say that i love the new Viktor. Simply amazing! I have been experimenting with him lately, and have noticed if you use syphon power on a minion under an opposing teams turret, you can get three empowered strikes on the turret before you have to use the ability again, effectively taking down the turret very rapidly. Especially late game when you have full build including lich bane. I think i took down both nexus turrets with 3 empowered strikes to each. I do believe with the empowered Q it gives Viktor an amazing amount of dueling power, however, on structures it creates an immense amount of pressure. I don't believe that this is what you were going for with the ability.

Steps to repeat:

1. Q a minion under a turret
2. Basic attack the turret.
3. Late game you will solo a tower in speeds that rival a nasus with 500 stacks of siphoning strike.
4. In case it is an occurrence with a certain item build i will list mine. Perfect Hex Core, Lich Bane, Sorcerer's Shoes, Zhonya's Hourglass, Rabadon's Deathcap, Rylai's Crystal Sceptor.

If this is not a bug and it is truly what you intended with the ability i apologize for wasting your time.
