Tahm Kench "W" Bug

I just found a small bug when i was playing a normal summoners rift game with Tahm Kench. My team played against Heimerdinger and when i ate his turrets when they were deactivating, they jumped out of my belly and i could'nt destroy them. This destroyed the game. All the minions got stuck in the same place, trying to destroy the turret. Please Fix. From//iggethegamer89
