Cursor isn't on screen while loading players or in game

Only windowed and borderless works with cursor, but I get like 20 fps. I've tried to look up the solution, but never found one ALL of them said "Go into mouse properties and disable Display pointer trails". That's already disabled though... Can someone please help? This has been happening ever since the update. Please I just want to play the game normally for once
