d3dx9_39.dll

So, Very common problem :/ I haven't played League of Legends for a while. And today I downloaded it again. But there is a error "d3dx9_39.dll" is missing from your computer. Actually I tried EVERYTHING!

1. I downloaded the missing .dll file and the x64 bit version I placed at sysWOW64, and x32 bit version I placed on system32 (both in /:C/Winows folder)
2. I reinstalled DirectX 9(after that I installed something like "end-user" directX
3. I made a dmc command sfm /scannow (there was some kind of error. It says that the verification found some corruption, but it couldn't fix all of them)
4. I verified the League of Legends files Nothing worked. I don't know how to upload the logs from Hextech Repair Tool, so if it can help, I'll find a way ^_^
