[GAMEPLAY] that freaking shark wont attach FIZZ

as fizz in 6.12 as i was casting e i went halfway up then i just went down no man used no cd just had a half way animation then nothing, also his r cast time seems to be slower and for the love of god it wont latch on to lee sin it was right there it latched on to anyone else like that except for lee in that game it pissed me off cause we couldve won that game if it just latched on to him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
