Sometimes vi cant use her Q ! When i bulid 3 items ! Did that happened someone else guys ?

been playing her tons and have not had this issue. What is your typical third item you build? i get chilling blade. longswords, boots of mobo to warriors attachment. than go black cleaver. never any issues and holy crap u melt anyone just go full tank after that.
