Challenger in flex

Mate why does riot let solo rank challengers bloody enter in flex silver games, there is a huge gap..... in skill even master, there is skill a massive gap. Riot can you fix you matchmaking system and also your support staff abilities to do their job since every time I make a ticket the support part has always declined to help either remove support option since it does nothing anyway and improve the matchmaking system.....

Please fix this

Cause FLEX MMR is different from SOLO MMR. Just cause they are Challenger in solo doesn't mean they started there in FLEX. They are two unrelated things.

Plus, I don't see a challenger in your match history.

Yea, ive played against a diamond 4 jg and got utterly destroyed. He played kayn and was one shotting people. Ive also had iron 2 players in my games. Im gold 4.
