When i start to play league,doesn't start loading screen and send me reconnect button

when i start the game he does not let me on the loading screen, but he puts me on the reconnect button and does not let me play!

Try submitting a ticket, or finding an online tutorial to help (sometimes the solution is as simple as running it as admin).
