d3dx9_39.dill is missing

I cant play the game because of this error. I have already tried these following solutions, but still doesn't work.

  1. Delete and Reinstall LOL 2 times
  2. Install the latest Direct X (Direct 12)
  3. Download the d3dx9_39 file (32 bit version) and paste it to 'System 32' folder
  4. Download the d3dx9_39 file (64 bit version) and paste it to 'SysWOW64' folder
  5. Restart my PC several times

Could you guys help me to fix the error? I have already tried my best.......

Download and install this version of DirectX:

I solved this problem by downloading new d3dx9_39 files . Put the 3.7mb file into the 'SysWOW64' folder put the 4.8mb file into the 'System 32' folder Then the error fixed.
