[GAMEPLAY] Relic Shield Not Losing Stacks

I've only gotten this to happen once, but it was very interesting, and while it would be difficult to abuse, it might™ be significant if people put work into it. I was Thresh botlane, soulbound with my Kalista ADC. After we had both been forced out of lane and had come back, I was extremely close to getting a item 3302 stack, so I tried to time last-hitting a minion as soon as the stack arrived. To my surprise, I procced the stack on a melee minion at (probably) the exact frame that the buff updated to having one stack. The proc was real, as both me and my ADC were healed, and afterwards, I still had a stack, which I promptly procced (and this proc was real as well) on the siege minion. I haven't tried to replicate this, as it would be very difficult to time, though using the melee execute would probably help significantly.

Steps to recreate:

  1. Buy a item 3302 (not sure if map/champion/nearbychampion/etc are specific)
  2. Use both initial stacks on minions
  3. Wait until you are about to recieve a new stack
  4. Time an attack so that you last hit a minion at the exact instant that your buff updates from zero stacks to one stack.

Effects: You should have procced the item 3302 stack, with your nearby ally and yourself receiving healing, and your ally getting the gold, but your stack count should not have decreased.

tl;dr - Last-hitting a minion with item 3302 at the exact instant the buff updates from zero stacks to one stack seems to proc its effects without consuming the new stack.

Obtained on SR with Thresh while I had an un-upgraded item 3302 . Below is a link to the match.
