I have a bug on my account and maybe that im not the only one.
On like 50 game (more then 20 that a teamates or me got an S)
I earned 0 key fragments. I have now 3 chest but 0 key fragments.
Is it normal? I dont think so. If it is plz explain me how can i get some Key Fragments.

Not a bug. The drop rate is suppose to be extremely low. Maybe one key frag a month, maybe. It's all luck
key fragments are supposed to drop more frequently at the beginning of your personal one month key fragment cycle and decrease over time. you also only get them if you win. chances are increased the larger your party.
omg now i got 2 key in 2 game ... idk if its was a riot bug but thx everyone
The first description is incorrect. We're right on the edge of the reset and it is a curve not a linear drop rate. You start the month with a higher drop rate and as you earn keys the drop rate declines quickly. You can only earn on games where you WIN. Grade has nothing to do with it. Queuing with multiple people increases the drop rate slightly. Drop rates reset based on the date you earned your first key - roughly every 30 days.
