Account has been hacked

I have been trying to get onto my main account for the past few days and can not.my password was changed and email for the account somehow got changed because Everytime I try to send password recovery to my email it is not going to my email.i also have emails telling me the username that is connected with the email and I never asked to be sent this.along with a password change that was from the week I was offline.please help I've had the same account since 2012 and have spent alot with the game.
