Ultimate rp purchase bug

Always when i try to purchase rp with american express it says : The payment has been canceled,please contack your provider for more informations. I dont know what is this but its so annoying .. that bug started about a 3 days ago, there is an image http://imgur.com/a/Cd3Fa My username is Rockenzi and same summoner name
