http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/Lethality Mastery states 1 Lethality + 0.3 Magic pen per level, yet every game at level 18, my Lethaity w/o items stays at 1? solutions to fix this probl
EndlessSorcerer2 votesWhile it could be worded better, it is working exactly as expected.
You receive two stats from the Precision mastery:
The flat armor penetration provided from Lethality is already based on the champion's level.
Grjjm Reaper1 votesso only the Magic pen gains level, not the leth?
I am very confused tbh
Escheton1 votes1 lethality, and scaling magic pen. Were you expecting 18 lethality at lvl 18? That would be so OP.
Grjjm Reaper1 votesyes, yes I was, since tooltip states per level., not per level of mastery
