my league client wont open and i believe i have tried everything

so i tried uninstalling it waiting for repair i tried restarting my laptop i tried fixing direct x i tried such and such but nothing is working and i really dont feel like resetting my laptop so is there anything that i might be doing wrong?

Make sure you don't have it running in the background. Check your task manager.
