Immediate Crash after opening launcher [CRASH]

Every time I open the launcher it immediately crashes saying pvp.net patcher kernel has stopped working.

I have restarted my computer, and deleted and reinstalled league yet I still have the same crash. I am trying to run league on a surface book. Switching between the graphics card and integrated graphics does not work.
