Losing LP cause of lobby

I was in a ranked lobby(new dynamic lobby), trying to pick a champion and then it froze up and didn't pick a champion or lock in, I checked my LP to see if I lost any and I lost the entire 22 points I won the previous game. Trying to climb out of these placement matches and can't if something like this were to happen again
