Account bug

Aight, so this has been happening to my friend, basically, some one would intentionally feed in our game, and my firend would report him, and my friend will get banned. at first we it was a 2 week ban, then more recently it was a permanent suspension. This seems to happen to many people and not just my friend. please fix this bug Riot.
