I have massive ping spikes and dc-s at a certain timeframe in the match

Every game I play, from 7 to 13 minute mark, I get either massive ping spikes, huge delays or just straight up says "Attempting to reconnect". Naturally, I thought it's my internet but as i said, it only happens between 7 and 13 mins in game. In the screenshot I provided this is my internet WHILE THE LAG IS HAPPENING. Not to mention it's only happening in league. CSGO, yt, everything is working normally, no lags.

Any1 had this issue? If so, how to solve it?
