[Client] Can't select champion for banning

Summary: Tried to click a champion for banning in Ranked 5's Solo; didn't work and I got kicked.

After clicking in the search field, I attempted to scroll and click the champion for banning. In this case, champion to select was <Graves >. Clicking champion facepanel would not select it for banning, did not attempt to click other champions besides <Graves>. Timer eventually ran out and I was kicked from the queue.

Note: Graves was not already banned Graves was a freeweek champion at the time
