Being matched with reported and blocked players in Ranked
Why do I keep getting matched with players that I have previously reported and/or blocked? Seems a bit silly.

Because no one wants outrageous queue times based off of everyone's personal hitlist.
This is something that should be implemented. No one wants to play with trash humans. Its not a matter of being bad. I don't ever report someone for having a bad game. But if you're just being the most toxic person you can be from the start, calling names, spouting racial/homophobic slurs, griefing your teammates, I shouldn't ever EVER have to play with you again. It should be a part of the matchmaking system. Any notions about it affecting queue times is just foolish. There number of players as a whole is too vast for this to be a problem.
