Ever since the most recent patch (4.17 I believe?), I'm experiencing an issue that drove me absolutely insane in the past (through other unfortunate patch releases).

It mimics some sort of mouse acceleration while I'm playing. I don't have it enabled though! V-sync is also disabled. It's as if this patch tossed my FREAKEN HARD AS FOCK TO PERFECT previous mouse sensitivity and speed settings and replaced 'em with inaccurate crap. :C summoner 3

Depending on the action/s I'm trying to accomplish (eg, farming, last hitting, skill-shotting, or even routing the champ via rapid clicking), the mouse will either slow to a crawl for a split moment or speed up whenever it feels like it.

-> My drivers are 100% up to date. -> I don't want to download 3rd party software. -> I don't want to spend hours upon hours trying to fix dpi and whatnot, only to have it reset again.

Update: I've downloaded Razer Synapse 2.0 software for my mouse, and it has helped, ever so slightly.

The issue I'm still experiencing is, the mouse settings are NEVER saved throughout each game. Also, whenever I change the in-game mouse speed, it also ends up chasing my (already pre-set!!!) Windows mouse speed by default? w0t..?

Also x2, Synapse software is like a third layer of dpi configuration and I don't even know which one is taking over anymore. I'm legit on the verge of uninstalling League..

The mouse is either too slow, too quick, or too inaccurate. :/ It's as if Mouse Acceleration is FORCED upon me yo. D:

EDIT: WDF M8S WHY DOES MY IN-GAME MOUSE SPEED SAY "48". Thought it could only be increased/decreased by increments of 5??

Any specific mouse configurations I should be following? My muscle memory is beyond f#cked..

I heard that: Windows - 6, In-game 50, and Synapse - Max DPi is the best?
