league of legends needs repair after eery restart

hey guys, so i have problem with launching lol client. i have the basic problem that when i double click the lol app the logo pops up and after it dissapears the client isnt launching. when i go to setup and then repair everything becomes normal, but as soon as i restart my pc it becomes same as before... any ideas?
