40% CDR with only Glacial, no runes.
Was playing aram today and noticed this. See my items I only have a glacial shroud in regards to cdr. Yet somehow I have 40%?

Ryze's R passively gives 10% Cooldown reduction per level for a max of 30% cdr from R.
Ryze gets like 30% cdr from his ult at rank 3
Ryze ult gives him 10% CDR per Ult level.
ah hah thanks guys, guess I missed that change. That's an absurd amount of cdr?
